Gift Box “Yoga & Ayurveda” – 10 selected teas

The “Yoga & Ayurveda” gift box contains 10 carefully selected teas inspired by the principles of yoga and Ayurvedic teachings. Ayurveda is based on the concept of three doshas – Vata, Pitta and Kapha – which represent different movement, metabolic and structural principles and are associated with different qualities and needs of the body. Traditionally, herbs and spices are combined in ways intended to support the respective dosha and contribute to inner balance. The box incorporates these principles in the form of three specially composed dosha teas. They are complemented by classic chai blends, warming spiced teas and herbal compositions inspired by the warming and soothing elements of Ayurvedic cuisine. All varieties are free from artificial additives.

These 10 teas are included

Vata (39 g, equivalent to 15–16 cups of 250 ml) – Ayurvedic herbal and spice blend with ginger, cardamom and cinnamon, tailored to the Vata dosha. Pitta (26 g, equivalent to 10 cups of 250 ml) – mildly spicy tea with turmeric, caraway and curly mint, developed for the Pitta dosha. Kapha (23 g, equivalent to 9 cups of 250 ml) – robust blend with ginger, star anise and black pepper, suited to the Kapha dosha. Sweet Chai Choco (33 g, equivalent to 13 cups of 250 ml) – sweet and spicy chai with cocoa and anise. Chai Rooibos (35 g, equivalent to 14 cups of 250 ml) – caffeine-free chai based on rooibos, mild, smooth and pleasantly spicy. Chai Classic (38 g, equivalent to 15 cups of 250 ml) – classic spice blend with black tea, full-bodied in flavour and typical of traditional chai. Organic Balance (21 g, equivalent to 8 cups of 250 ml) – herbal tea with goji berries, peppermint and lemongrass, balanced and refreshing. Organic Turmeric Lime (20 g, equivalent to 8 cups of 250 ml) – spicy and citrusy, characterised by turmeric, orange peel and lime. Organic Honey in the Head (14 g, equivalent to 5–6 cups of 250 ml) – herbal tea with sage, thyme and blackcurrant, aromatic with a slightly sweet finish. Organic Good Night (18 g, equivalent to 7 cups of 250 ml) – soothing blend with fennel, caraway and anise, caffeine-free and mild.
