The heart of the Lime Rosemary Tea is the rosemary, which is rich in antioxidants and flavonoids. The active ingredients contained in the herb can reduce stress and strengthen the immune system. In addition, rosemary is often used in natural medicine to treat complaints such as headaches, digestive problems and colds.
