Mate from Brazil provides a natural energy boost, and Ashwagandha, also known as winter cherry, supports stressful times. Lemongrass and peppermint leaves give the tea a refreshing taste, while mandarin pieces, orange peel, and Sencha green tea provide a slightly herbal aroma. Guarana, ginseng root, and maca root also provide an invigorating effect to the tea. Turmeric and rosemary oil complete the blend with their anti-inflammatory properties.
