Our organic rooibos tea - A taste experience from South Africa

Our Rooibos tea is an organic tea from the Gräfenhof tea manufacture in Northern Germany. The Rooibos tea originates from South Africa and comes from controlled organic cultivation. The tea has a fruity sweet taste and is not flavored. The special thing about Rooibos tea is that it does not contain caffeine, which is why it is a perfect alternative to black or green tea. To fully enjoy the taste of our Rooibos tea, we recommend pouring boiling water over it and let it steep for at least 5 minutes. The cup color will then turn into an intense red, which perfectly underlines the aromatic taste of the tea.

Healing plant Rooibos tea - Health-promoting and soothing

The Rooibos plant (Aspalathus linearis) originates from the Western Cape province in South Africa. The Khoi and San peoples living there already used the plant centuries ago to make tea.
